excellent base for exploring parks and local eateries
the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable, while being a short stroll from beautiful parks like Fishponds Park and an array of delicious restaurants just a few steps away added an extra layer of convenience to my weekend getaway.

Got single room with shower when arrived, liked that. The breakfast was plentiful with an easy to use toaster, and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely helpful and dedicated, everything was fine.

Warwick Lodge offers a cosy vibe, with the room cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The double bed was comfortable, and I appreciated access to various streaming services . Conveniently located near transport links and a couple of good restaurants, it made exploring easy. The bathroom was quite small and lacked ventilation were nice. Street noise might be an issue if you're sensitive to sound. A pleasant stay, but a few tweaks could elevate the experience.

Daniel was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. He both dropped us off and picked us up from Twickenham which was a huge help to us. We will definately keep Warkick Lodge in mind for future trips.

1) A good welcome 2) Accommodating staff 3) Basic good value, clean room and lots of hot water.
The front rooms are noisy due to closeness to main road. Three of us shared a room, so it became stuffy and hot in the night. Opening the window was not an option as the road noise made sleeping impossible. T.V. in dining room at breakfast was intrusive. I understand silence may inhibite some people, but soft nutral music would be better. Nobody asked whether we wanted the tv and guests had their back to it. Staff should check if it is required.

The breakfast here is really something. Fresh, cooked to order, and extensive-definitely got the day off to a good start. The rooms are clean with a cozy vibe, and I appreciated the fluffy towels and nice toiletries provided, a subtle touch that's appreciated after a long day.
The room situation can be tricky. Some are quite small, like mine, where space was tight and I had to maneuver around the radiator just to get out of bed. There were also plumbing noises that interrupted the peace, with a humming sound every time someone hit the communal toilet. Not to mention, the steep stairs could be a real bother for anyone not spry on their feet, and it always felt a bit dated overall. Plus, I'm not a fan of sharing facilities unless it's necessary, and it seemed a few too many rooms were crammed in here for comfort.

Very welcoming and friendly hotel staff. Good room with all the facilities I required for a short stay.. Very good full English breakfast .. Also ..Handy for the bus routes and Surbiton Railway Station. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting and sight seeing in London as there is a fast service to Waterloo Railway Station from Surbiton .

Howay, I had a canny stay! The staff were proper friendly, and the breakfast was a treat with a good choice all fresh and tasty. The only bother was the WiFi dropping a bit, but the comfy bed sure made up for it, like!

Remodeled bathroom has great water temp and pressure. Staff very friendly & obviously work hard and our proud of their B&B. He even carried our heavy bags upstairs. Great breakfast. It's easy to see they've done their best with the space available.
Room was small, not much space for luggage. Restaurants in the area were closed early. Not much dining available. Steep stairs with no lift.

The staff are very helpful. The plumbing was being problematic in our ensuite and the toilet seat was loose but the room was very clean and comfortable.
There was some traffic noise to adjust to and a smelly air freshener 'plug-in' to switch off but other than that it was faultless.
